Returns & Cancellations We will provide a refund for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. Please contact us via email to arrange for the return of the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Once received, if the wine is found to be damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine ordered in error, or wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment so please consider current temperatures prior to placing orders.
